Controls

Automatic

  • With DOUBLE PUSHBUTTONS on console
  • Microns for up/downstroke stop
  • Commutator for manual/Automatic function
  • Automatic cylinder return

  • Electrovalves REXROTH

For working: press the two side buttons simultaneously to operate the cylinder. At the touch of the microns the return is automatic.

SemiAutomatic

  • With LEVER on the hydraulic unit and PUSHBUTTON on electric board
  • Microns for up/downstroke stop

For working: hold the button and act on the lever to operate the cylinder. Adjustable microns stop the stroke.

 

Optional

Blank holder

  • From 20 to 80 tonn. With stroke from 250 mm adjustable with microns stop.

Electric system

  • Light curtains
  • Digital control with display Siemens for setting sizes and pressing times
  • Piece counter to keep the count of the pressing cycles

Hydraulic system

  • Heat exchanger to maintain the oil at a proper temperature
  • Pressure switch to adjust the Automatic with pressure
