DESCRIPTION

Controls

Cycle

  • With DOUBLE PUSH BUTTONS on the control panel
  • Microns to stop up and down stroke
  • Switch for manual/cycle operation/ciclo
  • Automatic cylinder rise
  • Siemens PLC
  • REXROTH solenoid valves

To operate: press at the same time the two lateral push buttons to move the cylinder. Micron contact triggers automatic up stroke.

Semi-cycle (optional)

  • With LEVER on the control unit and PUSH BUTTON on the panel.
  • Microns to stop up and down stroke.

Operation: keep the push button pressed and use the lever to activate the cylinder. Adjustable microns for up/down stroke stop.

Blankholder

  • From 20 to 80 tons with 250 mm stroke adjustable with stop microns.

Electrical system

  • Light barriers
  • Siemens display digital control to configure dimensions and pressing time
  • Piece counter for press cycles

Oleodynamic system

  • Air/oil heat exchanger to keep the oil at proper temperature
  • Pressure switch to regulate the pressure cycle
