GNP - High speed moulding hydraulic press (300 mm/sec)

GNP is a "C" frame press studied for making sheet cold deep drawing with very high production cycles (350 mm/sec). The press is equipped with two main hydraulic controls: the main slide which generates the stroke and the sheet drawing load and the blank-holder cushion which has to hold the sheet in order to enable the controlled sheet sliding. In this way, GNP is suitable for high speed workings, under precision and security conditions, thanks to the "double hand control" and the light curtains. Through "CNC", also, it's possible to personalize and manage the different working cycles.

The main features which help to define the particular quality of this fast Press are:

  • the structure made of electro-welded frame , studied for obtaining better rigidity and minimum flexibility during the max. force, in order to assure the perfect practical quality for evry operations;
  • the main cylinder and the blank-holder cylinder for deep drawings;
  • digital control with touch-screen display for settiong sizes and time;
  • hydraulic unit with variable delivery pump and monitored electrovalves;
  • "CE" certifcation - IV annexe.
